Refund and Return Policy

JM Herbal Life Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products returned without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

JM Herbal Life Care reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
